Tushaar Kalra
Tushaar is the Managing Partner of Goldwyn Law, where he oversees the firm’s legal practice and strategic direction. He advises individuals, investors, and businesses with a forward-thinking approach, consistently anticipating challenges before they arise. Known for delivering tailored, pragmatic solutions, Tushaar has built a reputation for navigating complex legal matters with precision, discretion, and clarity.
His practice is centered on real estate and business law, with a particular focus on residential and commercial transactions, private lending, and secured financing. Tushaar acts for purchasers, vendors, investors, and lenders, bringing a decisive, deal-driven approach to every mandate. He structures transactions to mitigate risk, protect capital, and ensure efficient execution—identifying issues early, resolving them proactively, and keeping matters moving forward without delay.
Prior to founding Goldwyn Law, Tushaar served as a Partner at a boutique firm and gained experience on Bay Street with a leading Big Four accounting firm. This diverse background equips him with a sophisticated understanding of both legal and financial frameworks, allowing him to provide comprehensive counsel that aligns seamlessly with his clients’ personal and business objectives.
Tushaar’s practice is defined by a deeply client-focused philosophy. He is committed to cultivating long-term relationships built on trust, accessibility, and consistent results.
