Raman Saini
Raman Saini is the Co-Founder and Partner of Goldwyn Law, where he oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm’s legal practice. In this role, he is responsible for managing client matters, supervising transactions, advancing business initiatives and ensuring the efficient delivery of legal services across the firm’s core practice areas.
Commitment to these values has helped Raman become a trusted advisor in real estate, business, and commercial transactions. He regularly works with individuals, lenders, investors, mortgage brokers, real estate agents, and institutional banks, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the full transaction lifecycle. Prior to co-founding Goldwyn Law, Raman operated his own firm and practiced at a boutique law firm in Toronto, gaining valuable experience across a diverse range of client matters and transactional work.
Raman is known for his responsiveness, attention to detail, and proactive risk management, enabling him to anticipate challenges and resolve issues efficiently. He takes pride in building long-term relationships with his clients and is committed to continuing to build new relationships while assisting individuals and businesses in need of clear, practical legal guidance.
Outside of his practice, Raman enjoys golfing, travelling, and watching team sports, and is a proud supporter of the Toronto Raptors.
